Hello! Thank you for visiting our website!

We are a family of five; Richard & Beca, and our three children; Oliver (6), Osten (5) and Heidi (2).  We live in the East Sussex village of Robertsbridge, and are the proud owners of Column Wood.

Richard works primarily in finance, when he's not busy at the land, and Beca owns a candle company (www.olsten.co.uk).  During lock down, and on our daily mandated walks, we would often pass what is now called Column Wood and think what a beautiful part of the countryside and woodland it was.  We were thrilled to see it come up for sale, and after putting in an offer (and an agonising wait), we became the owners.

In total there are 7 acres, of mixed agricultural land and woodland. We are very passionate about maintaining and conserving the woodland, and have plans for improving the forest quality. On the agricultural side, we have so far experimented with sheep, and some veg growing.
